Kimberly Thacker Webb is a dedicated, energetic, and highly accomplished Human Resources Executive with experience in municipal government, healthcare and third party administration. She has a solid background and expertise in critical areas including: ADA/ADAAA administration, Employee Relations and Performance Management. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, she has acquired exceptional training and faciliation management skills that both engage her audiences and excite them to strive for a spirit of excellence in all that they do. She frequently speaks at conferences, workshops and seminars as a subject matter expert, panelist and conference speaker. Kimberly loves the human resource space and spends time in the evenings serving as an Interview Coach for those seeking employment as well as preparing students for college or graduate school interviews. She works with her clients to develop their comfort zone before, during and after the interview. She aids her clients in overcoming their fear of interviewing, developing a professional image and polishing their responses to those hard-to-answer questions. Her strategies are the key components to her clients having successful interviews and landing outstanding job offers.

As an author, motivational speaker and life coach, Kimberly is quite busy with projects that center around encouraging, elevating and empowering people from all walks of life. In 2006, she wrote her first non-fiction book entitled,

“The Making of a Joyful Mother: A Spiritual Journey For Women Experiencing Infertility” based upon her own journey through this disease. This book helps women manage the emotional rollercoaster of infertility. She often speaks as the keynote speaker and panelist for many infertility conferences, seminars and workshops. In 2014, she wrote her first debut fiction novel, Degrees of Deception, an American Collegiate suspense novel with a premise based on a students’ choices that lead her to consequences that will forever change her life. She provides “How to Avoid (3) Common Mistakes of First Year College Students” workshops to juniors, seniors and entering college freshman. This workshop utilizes examples of various pitfalls from the characters of Degrees of Deception and takes a deep dive into addressing the following issues: the search for acceptance, understanding the demands of college coursework, time management, drugs and alcohol, dating and financial mismanagement.
