Learning (or remembering) my personality type -INFP- helped me realize the “why” for my chronic procrastination, which gave me some relief But I sometimes use its as a crutch. So when I hear you say you’re big on time management it makes me cringe because the “J-Judgers” often conflict or don’t understand the “P- Perceiver” who is NATURALLY more flexible when it comes to time and time management. Do you address personality types?
