Kimberly Thacker Webb is a dedicated, energetic, and highly accomplished Human Resources Executive with experience in municipal government, healthcare and third party administration. As an author, motivational speaker and life coach, Kimberly is quite busy with projects that center around encouraging, elevating and empowering people from all walks of life. In 2006, she wrote her first non-fiction book entitled,

“The Making of a Joyful Mother: A Spiritual Journey For Women Experiencing Infertility” based upon her own journey through this disease. This book helps women manage the emotional rollercoaster of infertility. She often speaks as the keynote speaker and panelist for many infertility conferences, seminars and workshops. In 2014, she wrote her first debut fiction novel, Degrees of Deception, an American Collegiate suspense novel with a premise based on a students’ choices that lead her to consequences that will forever change her life. She provides “How to Avoid (3) Common Mistakes of First Year College Students” workshops to juniors, seniors and entering college freshman. This workshop utilizes examples of various pitfalls from the characters of Degrees of Deception and takes a deep dive into addressing the following issues: the search for acceptance, understanding the demands of college coursework, time management, drugs and alcohol, dating and financial mismanagement.
